For all you type A ladies like myself -- do yourself a favor and hire Carrie, you need Carrie as your planner. I cannot stress how important it is to hire a planner for your wedding and that planner needs to be Carrie, without Carrie our day would have been absolute chaos, she truly is one of the best vendors we hired and made our day a true dream. We cannot thank her enough - she went above and beyond and everyone saw in awe at just how amazing she truly is.
We hired Carrie as our planner and designer and truly was the best decision we made. Carrie put together a truly amazing day that we will always remember as one of the best days of our lives. Carrie is such an amazing human and her attention to detail + personability is just a couple of her many strengths. When we hired Carrie we knew that we did not have to worry about anything since she had everything covered and she did. People asked me how my wedding went and it was perfect and they said oh you must have had people shielding you from the chaos - in fact there was no chaos and that is 100% due to the fact that we had Carrie. Honestly I don’t know where to begin.
Carrie Elizabeth Events, formerly Boheme Events, was the single greatest decision we made for our wedding. There will never be enough words to properly convey how thankful we are to Carrie and her team.
From the very moment we began working with Carrie she was right there with us and that never stopped. Her organization is like nothing I’ve ever seen! We had vendors telling us that she was so on point and organized.
Beyond that her creative vision was on point! She really listened to who we were as a couple and helped us create a wedding that was so authentically us. She was kind, compassionate and level headed every step of the way - even when we were facing rain and had to re-work some things.
As a bride you don’t want to face decisions that rain brings but Carrie walked us through it seamlessly and managed to keep our vision together! She worked her magic in so many ways (too many to list here). It was a complete joy to work with her and as time went on we began joking that we were sharing a brain because we were so in sync.
We spoke to quite a few planners before hiring Carrie Elizabeth and while many of them were great we knew that there was something truly special about Carrie Elizbeth and boy were we right. Carrie and her team truly love what they do and they REALLY know what they’re doing! Don’t hesitate for a second in hiring Carrie Elizabeth you will be in the greatest hands! We can’t even imagine what this experience and day would have looked like without Carrie Elizabeth by our side…all we know is that we had a day of pure magic. “Carrie is an absolute legend.”
We started working with her about 10 months out from our wedding and from the get go we knew we were in excellent hands.
We opted for the full planning package, and never doubted our decision. Carrie helped identify the perfect vendors for us (while always giving us a say! We just always ended up liking hers better than the ones we found!), handling all back and forth with them, and making our lives a breeze so we really just had to sign the checks and share our vision with Carrie to bring to life. Speaking of checks, Carrie pays attention to where you want to spend and where you want to save with zero judgement - she makes it all about what is right for you, and we never felt pressured into more expensive options.
The day of our wedding was EXTREMELY hot, yet Carrie made us feel entirely at ease, and had everything under control. She is on top of managing vendors, but has phenomenal relationships with so many superstars that really helps make the weekend come together. When there was a risk of a power outage the night of our welcome party, within minutes she'd found us a small generator to borrow for the evening, never batting an eye (at least to us!) and making us feel so relaxed about it all.
Her eye for detail is fantastic - so many of the little elements she brought to life are what curated such a perfect vibe for our weekend. I am so glad I trusted Carrie with my initial vision and let her work her magic.
